Our 4 week online courses provide a balance of live instruction, discussion and collaboration, with asynchronous independent activities, informative content delivered through video and written resources, and reflection to guide you through addressing these questions and shifting your thinking and practice about what effective feedback means when we are using technology.

Using a flipped classroom approach, our online courses are designed to give you the information and ideas you need, coupled with personalized feedback and support, guidance and collaboration. Courses have a time commitment of 8 - 12 hours, depending on the topic, consisting of around 1 - 2 hours of preparatory information and activities, followed by 1.5 - 2 hours per week of live online learning and interaction.
